Blue Ribbon Dive Resort is debating keeping the ‘Sunsplash’ name for the bar and restaurant. The ‘Sunsplash Bar and Restaurant’ has had huge improvements already in the last week since we started work.
We have a 42″ LCD TV with a theatre sound system for the bar, along with two large beer fridges, and an assortment of warm lighting. We have repainted the entire place in warm creams and lush browns, removed the uncomfortable concrete seating, and at the moment are using some tables and chairs from the Utopia Resort in Puerto Galera.
We have ordered tables for the bar, including a 6 foot ‘Mamasan’ Chair, along with two smaller ‘Mamasan’ chairs and a coffee table, to make a relaxing chill out corner, where you can read your latest book, or find that certain critter you saw on your last dive from one of our Identification Books.
Soon to come will be a foreign beer fridge, for those who get homesick, along with a new improved menu, with a wide assortments of culinary delights from around the world!
