Getting to Blue Ribbon via public transport can be a bit of a mission and take a long time. We normally recommend people to just come via private transport, as it is quicker and a lot easier, but does cost a lot more, especially if you are traveling alone.

To get here from Manila, you need to get a bus to Batangas. From Pasay, you can get the Jam liner which costs less than 200 pesos. You need to get off at the Batangas Grand Terminal. These are leaving all the time.
From here you need to get a Jeepney to Mabini, this will cost 40 pesos, and depending on traffic, take 1-2 hours.
Once at the Mabini Crossing, you can take a tricycle to Blue Ribbon Dive Resort in LIGAYA, inbetween Shark Dive and Meaco Hotel. The tricycle will cost 120-150 pesos for two people. With extra luggage and more people, it will be more.
