A big congratulations to our newest PADI Freediver, Ruedi .

Some people seem to think that to freedive you need to be a young, vegan yoga instructor, but in reality it is not the case. Recreational Freediving is good for anyone, as proven by Ruedi who is 63 years old, and has the new record for all of our past Freediving students, at a static of 3mins 20 seconds, and on Free Imersion dives was staying down for 2 minutes.

It is all about being mentally relaxed, and being in tune with your body. Was an utmost pleasure diving with you Ruedi, hope to see you in Anilao!
